Howard Drukarsh began his real estate career in 1984, building a strong reputation in Toronto’s competitive market and earning the trust of a diverse clientele. Over the next two decades, his dedication earned him multiple awards and recognition as one of Toronto's top-performing Realtors. In 2004, he co-founded Right at Home Realty with Arthur Bartram and Ron Peddicord, introducing an innovative business model that allowed Realtors® to retain 100 percent of their commissions. Under his leadership, the brokerage grew to become Canada’s largest independent real estate firm, with over 6,000 members, achieving the number one position in the Greater Toronto Area market for 10 consecutive years in unit sales.
Howard has played a pivotal role in the real estate industry through his service on the boards of RECO and TRREB, contributing to the development of industry policies and standards. His influence extends to thought leadership, with appearances in media, industry panels, and his podcast, Real Estate with Howard Drukarsh, which features insights and success stories from industry professionals. Committed to philanthropy, Howard supports organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Hospital for Sick Children, The Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, and The Ontario Realtors® Care Foundation. With nearly four decades of experience, he continues to share his expertise with real estate professionals through speaking engagements and mentorship.
